Reserve of equipment

Blocking of treadmills, unprofessional staff, K90 Virgin Active cannot resolve people placing their items on equipment to book them while using other equipment. I’ve repeatedly witnessed members placing their belongings on treadmills in the mornings to “reserve” them and then leaving to use other equipment for several minutes at a time. I have followed complained route and still they cannot resolve this as the trainer is the guilty party.
