Requests ignored time and time again!!!

<p>Sometime in November or December I requested a debit order to be changed for the 28th of each respective month. Somehow, my debit order date was changed to the 16th of each month which resulted in my debit order not going off. In essence this meant that my debit order for this account has not been paid. I have two contracts one for my son and the other for my husband. This has been going on since the date I have requested Virgin Active to change this for me... .I had a emergency operation towards the end of Jan and my sick leve depleted cause I had been off for so long. I unfortunately didnt not get a salary for the days I had been out of office. I received several calls from consultants asking me why a debit order had not gone off and again I requested that the dates be changed. I am disgusted at the fact that such a giant in the servicing industry could not get one request right! I am still waiting for a team leader to make contact with me! I am so annoyed ! have you guys got any ideas what you have been doing to my chq account? Let me tell you!! Not only does it look bad but for 4 consecutive months my debit orders have gone unpiad thanks to Virgin Active, an unpaid debit order costs me R115.30 tally this up for the months you could not get it right. Furthermore, when I approached my bank for finance whilst at home with a portion of my salary I was denied, the reason???? Unpaid damn Virgin active debit orders.!! Now you calling me up for a R540?? ARE YOU SERIOUS??? WHO DO I HOLD ACCOUNTABLE FOR MY CHARGES AND THE FACT THAT I NOW HAVE TO WAIT FOR 6 MNTHS TO APPROACH MY BANK.... My request is that you cancel the account of Edmund Adams with immediate effect! I do not wish to continue as you have no idea in what predicament your incompetancy placed us.!!! I am sick to my stomach for your negligence. Do me a favour when someone calls me with the how sorry your organizastion is let them get their story straight cause I have it with you !!!!</p>
