Repair of broken equipment

<p>I am a member of the Virgin Active in Century City. Every time a machine breaks it takes at lest 2 to 3 weeks to repair it. I was staying in Pretoria previously and when a machine broke there it was repaired within days. This long turn around time to repair is really frustrating and disrupting. I cant imagine it should take that long to repair the machines.</p>
