Rejected claim by Virgin Active

A locker was broken in to in the man's change rooms and my husband's phone ****** (the locker was locked with a padlock). Virgin active has advised that they WILL NOT take responsibility for this thefts that happened in their premises inside their change rooms. this was not a case of negligence as as my husband did was he was supposed to, which is lock the lockers with a PADLOCK. what i don't understand is how they can reject responsibility if they are the ones who installed CHEAP lockers in the change rooms??? this is not on at all. this is not the first incident at this club - i know that because when the incident took place guy members made comments like " oh we used to hear about this, today we have witnessed it". Virgin active MUST take responsibility for this and pay out as they did not take all necessary precautions to ensure that members belonging are kept safe. To show that they are aware of this problem, they put up warning stickers on all the mail lockers in the club after this specific incident. Virgin active needs to come to the party and buy a new phone for my husband. IT is not faire that the can just not take responsibility at all. I reject your feedback Virgin Active!!!!!
