Refusing to cancel contract

Called in to cancel on 2nd May, was promised that it will be done. They could not provide a reference number. Called on 30 May to confirm, and it was not done. Instead I was being told not to cancel but to pay a reduced premium for 3 months.

I've been forced to reverse their debit orders as they are downright refusing to process my cancelation request
