Refusing to cancel a expired contract.

I signed for a 2 year contract that has expired at the end of April 2024, it was explained to me that it will go over on a month to month basis now I want to stop using the membership and Virgin refuses to to cancel they want me to continue paying for something that I technically do not have anymore.

please do not use virgin active as it seems they will milk you for every cent and have a million excuses not to cancel a contract that is no longer valid.
