Refusal to accommodate my son in club v on a premier membership all while the club v is empty and the gym is dead quiet

Refusal to provide Club V - Table Bay Mall. Facilities lie empty - staff are unhelpful. My son turned 8years old. We were never informed he could not use club v at TABLE BAY MALL where we always train. So my son was refused entry now he is 8. No prior notice. The gym is empty the staff stand around with nothing to do. Club v empty and we are sent how unable to train as Virgin won’t accommodate us on a premier membership. Well done virgin. Nice way to alienate a loyal client. Guess it s time to find anew gym and share my experiences with my 500 Vitality clients I have as a broker
