Refusal Of Access for Shower

<p>Virgin Active East London Beacon Bay must be thee worst VAs there are out there. Wherever I go, I always request for a shower for a friend and thats never been an issue. The guy at the front **** to me that he was the manager and yet I knew he was not. He blatantly refused to let my friend in to taje a shower after a long trip of driving to Cape Town. I am glad that I do not reside here, this utterly shockibg to me as I am not used to this sorta treatment. Once again the stereotypes about EC's mediocrity and the lack of understanding and lil common sense or lack thereof prevail. </p>
