Refund process is a Joke

Virgin Active - Refund Process is literally the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

If you are owed money bu Virgin active and it was their mistake to why you are owed money, don't believe their time frames for your refund to be processed. Don't expect any communication about your process and don't expect anything to happen fast.
