Refund of Gym Fees

I joined Virgin Active- Classic gym in the middle of October 2021. I was told that the first 3 months were free- hence my first debit order would be effected from 1 January 2022. Two weeks later, at the beginning of November 2021, my account was debited for R 915, so was my husband's, (he too was promised 3 months free). I have been trying until now to retrieve my money and sadly, the communication is as poor as the ability to solve the problem. Disgruntled Virgin Active Classic gym ***- R.Pillay
