I canceled my subscription back in February after the agent sold me lies. The cancelation was a day after I subscribed and Virgin active has still not given me my Money and it has been 7 months now

16 Sept 2024, 17:46The branch I signed up with was the one in Braamfontein and I can't remember the guys name hebtold me the 1st month would be free and I'll start paying end of March but my money was taken. I called Virgin active and they promised to pay me back. Till today no money
