refund not appraised

I have requested to cancel my gym membership before inception, I sent an email on the 05 of January 2023 to Saadiq Jacobs requesting to cancel due to financial reason, then to my subsequent surprise on the 26th of feb an amount of R290 was deducted from my bank account , I then called and spoke to a sales agent who informed me the system was down and will call me back which they did not , I later sent an email to query my refund which is now 2 weeks without a call back or communication to mitigate my request for a refund.
