Refund me

I'm soooo disappointed with Virgin Active Vodaworld, I don't know what to do anymore to get my refund. I've been sent from pillar to post. I've contacted the call center, the accounts office, the Head office and I even tried to cancel the membership.

I've spoken to the Sales Agent who put me through this mess by allocating wrong info & capturing wrong details, and her response was " You need to dial *** and you'll be assisted hassle free🙏🏽. I'm honestly sorry" Gobsmacked...
