Refund from Virgin Active

I have rejoined the Virgin Active Northridge in Bloemfontein in May 2021 with my new Vitality membership. I also app**** to freeze my membership from May till Ocotber 2021. However the club been deducting the full amount from my account since then. I did numeral calls and visited club. The Virgin Active sent my complaint to their corporate and nothing been done. They been taking 730 rand instead of 180 rand since May until September. I just had to cancel my account since no attention been given to my request.
