Refund after freeze request

Good day, You mailed us and asked if we wanted relieve till November. We rep**** and asked yes as I have lost my job and am not working currently, yet you deducted our debit orders and now when we do inquiry you ignore all our inquiries and mails and the money has not been refunded

Please let us know urgently what is going on
