Refund

I canceled my membership in September 2020 and they still deducted in October 2020 aft3r speaking to a consultant who was trying to convince me not to cancel. Went to the Gym twice asking for help and again a consultant called and promised that it was canceled. Now, end November debit order went through. I have submitted for a refund to accounts for both months and I am still waiting
