Refund

I changed my membership from National to 1 club only and they promised to refund my 2 months surplus back to my account ,I have called several times I still get the same answer that my refund is processed .this is nor the 1st time I get **** service drop Vurgin active I'm still even bow waited for the money they Debited without my consent in the previous membership and it looks like you enjoy *****ing people's money 💰 without even communicating I want my 2 months refund back and my account only reduced to 1 member only I'm still to cancel this **** membership with lousy equipment
