Rectification Assistance

After posting the complaint on here, I was contacted by a lovely member of Virgin Active who works in the services department. She went through everything with me and assisted me in resolving the issue. I believe that honesty is very important with yourself and if someone else can see it then it means even more. <br> The whole issue left a bad taste in my mouth but with people like her in the company, I do have a better view on Virgin Active as a whole.<br> Thank you, Robyn!!
