Reaping of cliets

I send an email in 2020 to cancel our Virgin active contract as I lost my job, the contract was for Virginia, Nzima, Mangaliso and Omphile, the choose only to cancell for Virginia and Omphile. They didn't respond to tell me that they are not cancelling for Nzima and Mangaliso, reasons known to them, now we want to re-join they want us to pay arrears, but I have proof that I cancelled
