Rather gym at home

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I placed a cancellation for the 1st May when my contract with them would end, but I still received a debit order for the next month and tried calling customer care and got no response! I then received a phone call months thereafter saying my account is in arrears even though I haven't missed a payment?! I immediately asked for cancellation after receiving confirmation my account was NOT in arrears. I had to go into the gym physically today just to cancel it officially. Please do NOT join this company as you'll constantly pay for their mistakes.
