Randburg Virgin Active - Inefficient and Ineffective.

On 2 September 2022 myself and another lady in our aqua aerobics class lodged a written complaint at reception Randburg Virgin Active. To this day, I have not received a reply from reception or management. On 01 September 2022 I lodged a detailed written complaint via email to Virgin Active head office. I received an automated reply the same day and an automated reply on the 11 October with reference 409 170 745 telling me that my request has been processed by their "amazing team". Not one mention of the actual complaint or how is has been resolved, which of course, it has not. One can only wonder if the receptionists tear up the complaints, or hand it to the manager who tears it up?! Are emails sent to head office deleted after the automated replies go out?..... Certainly nothing has been addressed or resolved or communicated to me by this "amazing team" as they like to call themselves.
