<p> I went to Virgin Active Centurion by the Golf Village after a round of Golf. Considering changing membership from Sunnypark which has few equipment’s, always full and never clean and even the few machines they have almost never all work and takes them over a week to fix. The cleanliness in in Sunnypark is disgusting considering it’s always busy. Floors and machinery are dirty when it open at 5 and they don’t have enough of anything, be it dumbbells, kettlebell, etc... The standard is appalling, even after numerous complains nothing has been done even in this New Year. So I decide to go check if I can change membership to Centurion on. The ladies working at reception on Sunday evening was rude and made me with over 10 minutes while she was doing Lord know what. To make matter works the ladies working as Kauai were not even bothered by my presence. Ordered a smoothie and I was the second in line. Funny enough I was the last person to get my smoothies after having to wait 25 minutes while they make smoothies for every other white person who bought after me. I asked why and no one could tell me. They should either be all go back to be trained or fired. As much as the regular member as white the service I received makes me question why I should rather close my membership with Virgin Active as it seems they don’t value their clients. Very disappointed in Virgin Active Sunnypark and Centurion Golf Village</p> <p> </p>
