R800 cash back with virgin active

When we joined VA at Wembley square, the sales lady told us that if we gym 24 times before 31 August 2015, we will both receive R800 cash back.<br> This obviously sounded like a good deal, and we did train more than 24 times at the end of August.<br> We asked the sales lady about the cash back in September, and we didnt get any response from her or VA about this.<br> This is false advertising & a sales gimmic to hook potential clients.<br> I would be embarrased to work for this company or even be associated with them. I deeply regret signing up with virgin active, more like virgin de-active, as they just turn silent when they dont fulfill what they advertised.
