Quick to debit but slow to refund

<p>I removed my wife and kids from vitality effective 1st december</p> <p>I was debited full gym premiums on the 1st september, on the 15th september my wife signed her new gym contract under multiply, the clubs manager assured me thata refund for the remaining 15 days will be done within 7working days, my kids also converted club v to multiply a few days later and i was debited full premiums today, i need my refunds done immediately. I also dont agree with your card fee of 140 you charge my wife, that plastic costs you less the 5 bux and u rip your members off everytime we need to do changes to our contracts, thanks to the manager for not charging the. Kids conversion. Also whenever we sign new contracts virgin active likes to give excuses not to give promotional gift. I signed and changed my contacts, paid card fees twice and always got a story that i dont qualify for the bag or whatever they offered. You guys suck and yet i stick with u guys, you roohuiskraal gym is so overcrowded and we hardly get a chance on your old weight equipment, The club v is also too small for somany kids its better to leave them at home then have them in that small box u . So i actually throw money at you for nothing. I should probably join planet not to deal with this **** you guys only changed the cardio equipment recently, i feel dumb paying for nothing.
