Absolutely nothing wrong with the staff and the gym itself, but the customer service facilities are pathetic. When I signed up I was told that the months of December and January would be free, but the membership amount was still debited off of my bank account this month. The customer service is quick to help when they know they'll be receiving money, but now that I have requested my money be refunded no one is getting back to me. The fact that their phone lines are busy tells me they have done it to thousands of others. Virgin Active get you administration **** together. Don't make promises you don't plan to keep.
