Propaganda to Conclude a Sale
<p>i had quit gym because i did not have time to go, virgin Active agents kept calling me last year offering me deals to come back as a member, i kept denying and opting out until i gave one guy a chance. His name is Ben Mujuru</p> <p> </p> <p>through his proposal, i mentioned more than once that i would be moving from Midrand to Fourways in a couple of months and it would not be wise for me to join a gym in Midrand, he however convinced me that moving would not be an issue and i could join the Carlswald gym and i would be allowed to move to fourways and my premiums would not change</p> <p> </p> <p>he even mentioned that in December i would have access to all gyms but that would did not happen, i called the virgin active call centre and was told that the premiums would not be the same at a gym that i wanted to move to and the premium would almost double.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have since tried mailing him as well as whatsapp him as we have used whatsap before but i have not recieved any feedback. when he told me about the premium being constant even when changing gyms, it was telephonical (this can be proven through virgin active telephone recordings however when i asked him to confirm in writting he did not reply to my mail</p> <p> </p> <p>the reason i joined was that the premium was affordable and i was told that i would move my residednt gym hustle free, however from the look of thisng this seems to be propaganda.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you assist because i cannot pay for gym whilst i will not be able to go and as i was sold propaganda</p>
