prompt false to increase sales

In Jan 2019 they were running a promotion, 3 month free and after that you start paying. 3 months is Jan Feb and March, even the sales consultation Lance Abrahams told me the payment will not go off the 25th March it will go off 1st April. They are now claiming the promotion was only for for 2 months. Why prompt false to boost your sales? I had second thoughts of applying for this and I'm regretting it even more.
