Promotion Refund Dololo

<p>Today I wento to VA to find out why my R1000 refund hadn't been paid for the membership I took for my wife and son. I am told that because the debit order for the 1st instalment dodnt go off (I paid in cash) that I have forfeited my refund. The small problem is that I wasn't told that if my debit returns (regardless of whether I then pay the instalment in cash or not) that I would lose my refund. If only this was in the agreement that I signed but of course it wasn't.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a cheap way by VA to get out of paying members their refund. The promotion is what got me to take the last money I had to join my family now no refund!</p>
