PROMOTION NOT PULLED THROUGH TO ACCOUNTS DEPT. Non responsive sales consultants.

I recently upgraded (middle of APril) to the Silo district in Cape Town through a sales consultant, Siya Sonkwenyeya. He sold me a promotion whereby I would only pay +/- R1200.00 for the month of May and +/- R770.00 for the next two months, and only thereafter I will start paying the full Vitality rate of +/- R1 750.00.

I queried the form I had to sign and Siya assured me that the email correspondence are proof and that the promotion will pull through. I had my doubts, so I attached the email correspondence to the upgrade form.

As I feared, from the very first payment, VA deducted the full amount of R 1 750.00 from the first month.

I queried this with Siya and he is simply ignoring my emails. If this is not rectified, I'll be out R 2 500.00.

I find this shocking as I've been a member of VA for 12 years, and this is how clients are treated.
