Promotion not app**** on my membership

I was just reviewing all my contracts and subscriptions for the year and remembered that Virgin Active South Africa failed to address my complaint regarding a promotion not having been app**** on my membership in January 2024.

I rejoined Virgin Active towards the end of Dec 2023 and was told that I would get January and February for free but that didn't happen.

The call centre team (including a lady by the name of Thobeka) undertook to retrieve the recording to listen to the conversation with the consultant that signed me up but 8 months later I have still not heard from Virgin Active.
