Promotion not adhered to

Joined virgin Active in June 2015 on promotion - train 24 times by the end of August and get R800 back. After training 24 times I assumed the cash back was completed. However it wasn't. The virgin Active employees are debating the last visit on the 24th which shows as denied on the system. On this day I was entering the virgin Active without a card for the 4th time - having misplaced it. The staff member allowed me in and confirmed that the visit would be taking into account for the promotion. <br> <br> The next day I got a new card and continued training. I could have done this there and then but the staff member at Bel air assured me that it counted. If video footage is looked at you will clearly see me that morning being denied, being let and, walking in a couple meters,then going back to confirm that it counts to the promotion and then going in to train. <br> <br> It's makes no sense for me to not train on that day when I knew how many more times I needed to train. I have an email from virgin Active helping to confirm how many more times I needed to train that week to meet the goal.<br> <br> This is unacceptable that employees are hiding behind terms and conditions and systems. <br> <br> Money must be paid!
