promo not app****!!!!

<p>I decided to switch gyms from Planet Fitness to Virgin Active in November. I wasnt 100% sure about the move but when I went there I was told that there will be a "BlackFriday Promo" of which you get the month of December free. I was there on the 21st and was told that the promo could apply to me. Secondly, my discovery vitality was only starting on the first of December, which I mentioned tothe sales person. He said that it is fine, I can pay the Vitality fee throughout the month of December since Iwill only be debited on the first of January. Last week I went thereand all of a sudden my account was in arrears, which is rediculous since I was told that theblack Friday promo appliestome, secondly I will be paying the vitality rate which is significantly less that the R720 they are charging me now. I would never in this life agree to pay that amount, I would have stayed withPlanet Fitness. I need to have this issue resolved since they are now denying me access to the club which is bizarre since. I am utterly disappointed in the service and how they sell me a promotion and then revoke it. It is ********* and unproffesional. I excersise six days a week and this mess upis really messing withmy routine. I need this issue resolved today, I am a very loyal member who make use of all Virgin products and this club has really damaged my perception of the brand. Kindly call me to solve this issue immediately.</p>
