Promises Broken....

I joined Virgin Active Bedfordview on 14 June 2017 on a winter special that i would receive a cash payback on the Discovery Vitality membership payment, this was advised to me by a branch consultant. Refund would occur in August, when querying this early in the month i was advised from 24-28 Aug, after this never happened i called the Head Office to be advised i did not qualify so i should not expect my R2000 refund. The branch has been lacking in service, no feedback provided and it is 17 Oct 2017 with no refund in sight.
