Promise not fulfilled

Hi Virgin Active

I joined gym in Feb 2017, when there was a promotion that I will get my R500 cash back and a free designer bag and the 1st month for free. Non of this that was promised was fullfilled. I went back to Rosebank Virgin Active to get back the cash back bonus but I was told it is escalated to the Big Boss, nothing was done, no call, no sms, no follow up. By the way the guy that helped me sign up at Rosebank Virgin Active was Terrance. So i guess he didnt do his job, and he had promised me that I am actually suppose to get R750 cash back and not R500. Then the Manager, i didnt get his name, said this will be solved and I will be given back my money. I then took this matter forward to Midrand Virgin ACtive where I normally gym. I was helped by a guy named Power, he also been escalating this matter since April, till today I have not received my R500 cash back bonus, not even the refund that I was promised that the 1st month is free. I am very dissapointed at Virgin Active with promises that are NEVER fulfilled. Please dont send out emails to win customers if you dont fulfill your promises!!! Can I please get my cash back bonus and my 1st month fee back as promised. Let me copy and paste email i received from work for proof.
