PREMIUM SELECT FOR WHAT?? FOR WHO??? SANDTON IS ****

Guys HONESTLY!! THIS IS THE 5TH TIME A GYM CLASS AT SANDTON VIRGIN ACTIVE GETS CANCELLED WHEN I GET THERE!! I AM SO ****ED.

I AM PAYING R780... WAAY TOO MUCH to not be notified of a class cancelled. Had we been notified via the app by 6.00 pm i would have rather gone to Sandton CBD for shape for 6.30pm. Instead I rushed for Grid at 6.30 PM in Sandton only to find out the class was cancelled. Now I get notified when I am there and it is tooo late to drive to Santon CDB as I am too late for the class

I specifically chose Premium Select so that i would have no excuses to go to gym class as my schedule changes often. But now when you cancel and not even notify us how am I supposed to plan to go to another gym? SO WHAT IS THE R780 FOR ?????
