Premium DOUBLED without warning

Extremely disappointed in the way Virgin Active increased premiums.

An email was received on 25 December 2021 stating that since I am now a year older my new premium from January 2022 will be R***

In January and February 2022 I was debited DOUBLE the amount mentioned in the email, no communication or prior warning.

When calling customer service I was told that Virgin Active did a “sweep” in January, hence the increase.

Utterly ridiculous that premiums can be doubled over night without members being informed.
