Potchefstoom branch is not what it use to be

POTCHEFSTROOM branch needs somethings to be addressed.

Some People working there are not professional and do not take their work seriously.

3-4 of the female workers gathers at the front desk chatting very loudly of their doing the previous night, the noise at front desk is almost equivalent to a buss stop noice, they scream and talk so loudly and laugh in their home language not to be bothered of clients walking in.

It was loadshedding and I had to fill out the form to enter the gym, I walked in and greeted her and ask for a pen, she picked the pen up dropped it down infront of me and looked away.

Did not have the decency to respond to my greeting or to hand the pen over in a decent way!
