Possble ****

in 2021 I was told by a Virgin Active Durbanville employee that I can pay R3000 for a Nominee membership which can last me for a life time, I went to the gym on 22/07/2021 and signed a Welcome Membership Application Receipt and received a White Premier Card which the employees manager advised him to do. Every month since then I have been calling him and he says they cant load Nominee memberships yet its almost been a year and I don't hear anything from the Employee anymore. Not sure what is going on but if I go to the Gym the card is not active and the profile is not even loaded. I dont know what to do anymore I feel like I am being ****med
