POOR VIRGIN ACTIVE

One again One again Virgin Active have exceeded their poor service , i have complained about their parking numerously and still weekly there is problem , and today as normal the ticked machine is not working and one needs to fight with the center management office to get the ticket validated , the swimming pool was not opened, no notice ect, I can’t rely Moreleta Park club anymore ,their poor service is just escalating, this whole week training regiment is now in it "moer" in, you are not adhering to the deal , on this same note, every morning your male bathroom smell like, for the lack of a better word "s*#t" , the soap dispenser are also empty on numerios times, but due to the location i have accepted this poor service receive and concentrated on my health ect, but now i cant do that anymore, you may lower you standards but I will not, I also stand by my previous comment on the staff @ Moreletta , they are rude and unprofessional , and now one is lock one of doggy contact and not able to get out of it without penalties. Don’t go to Virgin Active Parkview Moreleta Park.
