Poor ventilaton and air con system

Virgin Active Carlswarld - Poor service, aircon in the gym have not been working properly for the past 3 weeks with no communication on what the problem is and when it will be fixed. This really unacceptable and the least the guys can do is provide members with an explanation on what is happening and when it will be fixed and provide fan as a remedial solution as taking a shower is unbearable at the gym, please intervene as this cannot go on.
