Poor systems

Ever since the systems have been hacked it is a nightmare to go to the gym. I was told my account was in arrears and thus needed to make pre-payments, I had done so but the payments cannot be allocated to my account. The people at reception are rude and ask you to settle arrears before gaining access to the gym. They really need to sort this out, it has dragged on for over 8 months it is unacceptable.
