Poor service.....so not impressed

Take caution if u choose to take a contract with Virgin Active....i can point out 3 things about Virgin Active Germiston.Granted i cant speak for the other clubs

1.Members dont pack weights away.Meaning getting to certain weights is difficult. I can understand barbel weights but not dumbbells.I pack mine away!!!What makes other ppl special not to

2. Memebers are inconsiderate....whilst being busy at a machine someone actually takes some of my weights off for their own use

3.Some members come to the gym to socialise....they can chat and occupy a machine for half an hour having not utilised it.

U pay a lot of money.Why must i wait an hour for one machine because 1 person occupies it for that long!!!!!!
