Poor Services from employees at Virgin Active Red in Parow Cape Town

<p>Hi, I joined in September 2016. Everything was going well until now when I was asked if my fiance wanted to join. Employee called me and said that it would cost R99.00 a month for her to join (its a promotion and that you receive a free bag). All paperwork was done and I asked again to verify cost and I was told no its R219.00 a month for her if she joins. This is poor and unacceptable service. I was so ****ed off that I cancelled my membership today 26 October 2016. I was then told to write a cancellation letter which I did today and gave it to them. Now they called me again to say that I must pay cancellation fees which is more than R800.00. Never saw this type of **** service from a world class gym...or is it just about money and not about peoples fitness and health. They cause more stress and mental damage to people with there poor service. Im not paying there money, I will fight this and take it to court and they should play all the recordings when they called me.</p>
