Poor services and lies

I joined the Gym in January 2018, inform the salesperson that I am with Momentum Multiply, took all the details, confirm the details. I have been paying the two month with Multiply Momentum....did not get the free two months.....just lies. Today virgin active also decided to deduct monthly fees, just think how difficult it going to be for me to resolve...when they cannot even do a simple sale. I am so sick of poor client service, promise for two months free...I would like to advice all not to join this gym in Farieglen..
