Poor service Virgin Active Paarl

I would like to express my disappointment in Virgin Active Paarl. I was given a free guest pass and upon entry was told that I could not use it and needed to pay a day fee.

I found that very odd as I have not been to that gym before. I'm a professional athlete and wanted to use the facilities only for the steam room, which would have only been a max of 40 minutes.

If Virgin Active claims to be the best gym in the country, their service certainly isn't. I would not recommend using that gym.
