Poor Service Virgin Active East London Beach Front

<p>I like this Virgin Active because of its location but the service is just pathetic, there is something that is always not working there, this morning it was both the Sauna and the Steam room, yesterday it was the steam room and the other days its either the there is no water or something or just something else is wrong. Today I forgot my water bottle there, and when I phoned to ask if they could check it for me, the receptionist was just unprepared to help me, and said she cant ask the cleaners to check for it, and when I asked for her name she dropped the phone on me. I hate poor service.</p>
