Poor service via Facebook and Whatsapp

Contacting them via Facebook, I got a quote for myself in October 2023. On VA they misquoted me by stating that it would be R502.50 per month for my local gym together with a free gym bag for ONE year contract. When to the local gym and the prices was R480 for a TWO year contract else somewhere in the region of R700 for a one year. I joined and in the first month, the prices went up to over R520 per month Now my godchild wants to join me and once again, on FB they quote me R250 for a kid under 17. Speaking to an agent now via WhatsApp, they are quoting me R410 for one year and R350 for two year contract. Do these people know what they are doing or should I just cancel and go to Planet Fitness and get it over and done with? What a bunch of clowns. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing And I have all the screenshots to prove these conversations...
