Poor Service - Raw Deal
Virgin Active Glen Vista reserves the pool to a lady by the name of Angela between 17:00 - 18:30 so that she can conduct swimming lessons for her 6 students. She is arrogant and rudue when chasing people from the pool. <br> <br> Myself and other pool users have complained to the front desk and were promised that this will be sorted but still, it has not been sorted.<br> <br> Management promised to discuss this matter with the swimming instructor but all that they came up with is a note on the wall stating times when the pool is not available.<br> <br> We plan before visiting the gym and it is annoying when facilities are reserved during peak hours. some instructors use half the pool and the \public"use the other half.. what so special with this arrogant Angela!!!<br> If this is not sorted out soon"
