Poor service from Virgin Active SA

ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE!! I wanted to upgrade my membership, they said no I'm unable to until 27 August 2023, I then went to Gym and signed for upgrade to Premier, I was later embarrassed and told I'm on a off peak one club membership which was changed by a staff member. this is not what i signed up for and this is not, so i want my membership fix or cancelled because im currently paying for something that does not serve me.

I've sent mails and have gotten 0 correspondence. Government needs to have a look into these gym contracts.
