Poor Service

Been trying to cancel my subscription. Your contact number *** is not even working. Your staff at Westgate says I need to keep on dialing the number until I get through, despite me saying it isn't working. She can't give me an email address and says that I need to come to the branch myself. I must come to Cape Town and fly from Durban to do this. Please call me back.
